Stilettos are notoriously hard on the ball of your foot. We kept the fierce 3.75-inch needle heel but added a discreet 0.8-inch front platform. This drops the actual slant of your foot down to an easier 2.95 inches, absorbing the shock of walking and giving you high-fashion height with a much steadier stride.
